Payment
Payment is accepted by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch or cheque. Please allow time for the cheque to clear before your order is dispatched.
Delivery
Delivery is charged at £5 for orders under £150.
If your order is over £150, Eclection will deliver free of charge.
Orders needing next day delivery are charged at £10 and must be placed before midday.
Packaging
I make sure that all my packaging is from renewable sources, is biodegradable, recyclable and or re-usable.
Gift Wrapping
For an extra charge of £5 for small items and £10 for larger items, you can have your parcel gift wrapped with Eclection’s signature brown paper or black box, turquoise tissue paper and thick black satin ribbon.
Availability
Eclection is a young business so please allow time for special orders and various other products. Due to the exclusivity of some of the products, supplies can sometimes be limited.
Special Orders
When you order a tailor made item from Eclection you will be charged a non-refundable fee of 50% the price of the item.
Eclection Guarantee
Every effort has been made to ensure descriptions and colour representations are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur as the majority of the collection is handmade.
Returns
If the situation occurs that you are not happy with an item, please return it in good condition with its original packaging within 14 days and Eclection will give you a full refund. However, Eclection can not pay for return postage in this instance and you remain fully responsible for the goods until they are received. Returned items must be sent by recorded delivery as no responsibility can be taken for lost goods in transit. In the unfortunate event that your goods are faulty, Eclection will pay for your return postage and a full refund.
